Took my first class at Sole Pilates today with Carolina, and had the best experience! The workout was amazing, the studio is so aesthetically pleasing, and machines are top quality and brand new. Carolina and the team were so welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to more classes here!

I took my first class at Sole today! I have never taken a class with the reformer before and I was very nervous but my experience was positive from beginning to end. The studio is spotless, the lighting is soft, and the vibe is very relaxing. Doug gave great direction and the class sizes are small so, although I was a newbie, I was able to follow along without any problem. The 50 minutes went by very quickly and I really felt like I got a great full body workout AND stretch. I will be back for sure.

Luckily, I stumbled upon Sole Pilates one day. My first class was with Brianna and it was outstanding! As a reformer beginner, she was easy to follow and gave precise direction. I felt amazing after her class and was craving another session. I then took a class with Carolina- who is a true angel! She is so genuine and makes you feel so welcomed into her sanctuary. This hidden gem will feed your mind and soul while strengthening and stretching your body.

Run, don't walk, to Solé Pilates! Such an amazing studio- clean, welcoming and it has exceptional equipment. The entire staff is so fun to work with and be around & they all encourage everyone to push themselves in the best possible way. I have gotten so much stronger in the few months that I have been attending regular classes and feel amazing. That is why I can highly recommend, without any reservations, Carolina and the wonderful team at Sole Pilates in Locust Valley, NY. I came to Carolina with some hesitations due to several back and neck issues. She and her team have been patient and encouraging as I learn the equipment and methods. Sole Pilates is an amazing spot for pilates...I have been looking for a great pilates place for ages and happened upon them in Locust Valley. If you are looking for classes- they have those. If you are looking for a private lesson- they have those. All amazing teachers.... Ashlee, Eunice, Bri... and Doug & Carolina - they are all wonderful.... Carolina (the owner) is spectacular!! ❤️When you work out with her - you will definitely get your money's worth. She pushes you to the edge... all the while making it fun and helping you achieve your full potential. She has a great sense of your ability level and continues to challenge you. I took my first class at Sole Pilates in Locust Valley this morning, and I’m so glad I did! I signed up for the introductory package of 3 classes for just $99, which is an amazing deal. Carolina’s class was phenomenal—she’s kind, gorgeous, and explains everything so clearly. My abs and legs were shaking by the end & I felt fantastic! The studio is very clean, bright, and spacious, with reformers spaced out nicely for a comfortable experience. I can’t wait for my next class! Highly recommend for anyone looking to strengthen their body in a welcoming environment.

I have been waiting for a Pilates studios to open closer to my home. Sole Pilates is an inviting, and dynamic studio. Carolina and Doug, are the owners of Sole Pilates. They are by far, two of the most genuine, creative and connected people I have met. They have a good eye on everyone while they teach, which affords them the opportunity to support their clients. Their studio is inviting and their pink and black sign toward the back right corner in the Locust Valley Parking lot marks the spot. When you enter the studio, you feel like you belong. The Pilates instruction is a cut above. Trust me, you will be so happy to be a part of the Sole Pilates crew.

Finally, a Pilates fusion class in the area that’s not super outdated and boring. Carolina and Doug teach an amazing class. They’re both super fit which is inspiring. The studio is Immaculate, The music And lighting bring great vibes, and the classes are challenging and fresh. Definitely one of the best Pilates studios in the area and a great hidden gem. So happy I switched from Art of Pilates to Sole!! Try it.
